Classes run 45-90 minutes in length. Although evenings and lunchtimes are the most popular times, early morning classes are particularly effective for enhancing your stamina during the day.

Onsite Yoga classes are held for 10 week consecutive sessions and can be offered during the lunch hour, before and after work hours.
What do we need?
Each person will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
MIND/BODY WORKSHOPS
A great way to introduce yoga in the workplace is through a “workshop” that specifically suits the needs of your workplace environment. Specialized classes may be offered as a one-time seminar or over the course of several weeks. Workshops can last 1-3 hours. All you need is a communal space where furniture can be pushed aside. These workshops can be customized to meet your needs:
- OM School Seminar - Today’s yoga trends + benefits. What you need to know to get started today! Great topic for a lunch-n-learn. (30 minutes)
- Meditation Seminar – Meditation and its benefits, followed by a short seated meditation. (30 minutes)
- Workstation Wellness – Bring your chair to class to learn simple, effective yoga you can practice right at your desk. (60 minutes)
- The Yoga of Breathing – the simple practice of breath awareness and techniques for stress management. (60 minutes)
- Team Building - “the team that breathes together succeeds together.” A great workshop for bringing a new team together or for your next Executive retreat. (90 minutes)
- Foundations of Yoga – a six week course for beginners. Learn the fundamentals of yoga from the ground up. (60 minutes each class)
